And if you get that as much as you have to put in the description of this playlist, then you should at least see the problem here. The "Appears to be" Standard: As of May 2026, the legal standard in most of the US, Canada (under the updated Online Harms framework), and the UK has shifted. It no longer matters what the "lore" or the artist's caption says. If a character has the biological markers of a child (proportions, limb size, facial features), it is legally categorized as a depiction of a minor. The "30-year-old" caption is now legally seen as an admission of guilt or an attempt to bypass filters, rather than a valid defense.
